About the Play
OCTOBER 7, a powerful 100% verbatim play drawn directly from survivor testimonies of Israel’s darkest day, is to be staged at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.
The play, which the New York Post has described as “spellbinding… powerful and a sanctuary for truth,” had a six week, off-Broadway run as well as performances at Princeton, UCLA, Bowdoin College, and the Trump Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.

This play is the story of Israel’s darkest day, but it is also a story of survival, hope, resilience, and fighting back against the forces of darkness.
The stories are compelling because the truth is compelling, and it has never been more important to tell the truth about Israel and the October 7 attacks.
Media Reviews

The New York Post
“Regardless of your politics”
“Spellbinding…powerful and a sanctuary for truth. It breathes life into characters that will hopefully inspire people… When you can put yourself in the shoes of what these people went through, that’s what creates empathy. That’s very important … right now in this country, regardless of your politics.”

The Daily Mail
“The voices… are remembered”
“…serves as a reminder to not forget the stories of survivors and significance of the day…..ensuring that the voices of those impacted by the October 7 massacres are not only heard but also remembered.”

Stage & Cinema
“Radical truth telling”
“OCTOBER 7 insists that we look darkness in the face, try to understand what is happening, and make no excuses. It is an…. eyewitness account offered in the interest of radical truth telling…”

The Federalist
“Clear-eyed and uncompromising”
“In a cultural moment when even grief is often politicized, OCTOBER 7 offered something rare: moral clarity without instruction, faith without propaganda, and testimony without shame.”
